DELIVERY POLICY FOR BULK ORDERS
Once the goods are accepted it will be deemed as delivered. The delivery date decided may vary as bulk goods are shipped from India and may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. But we keep our customers informed at every step
Where goods delivered are found damaged please notify us within forty eight hours of delivery giving full details of the damaged or incorrect goods. The Company will accept returns of such damaged or incorrect goods notified to it in writing within the relevant time period. You will receive full refund for the damaged or incorrect goods. Refunds or replacements claimed outside of the relevant time period will be at the Company’s discretion.
